REFUND POLICY
Occasionally, we understand that clients may not be satisfied with our service or it may not fulfil their needs. In these circumstances, we encourage clients to contact us to discuss their concerns. Our refund policy for each service is as follows:
- The 9 Weeks Transformation Program (9WTP): a refund is only available within the first seven days from the signup date.
- The STT Strategy (STT): a refund is only available within the first seven days from the signup date.
- Bank Level Trading (BLT): a refund is only available within the first seven days from the signup date.
THE SITE
We don’t charge you for using our site. Neither do we guarantee that it or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our site for business and operational reasons, though we will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal. Additionally, your enrollment will grant you membership on our website, allowing you to enjoy the benefits and resources related to the enrolled course. Please note that your membership will be course-specific until you choose to enroll in additional courses.
